Why do we see something we want fixed or see something we want to improve but simply don’t do it? I am unhealthy. More so than ever. And I’m not young anymore. I want to be healthier. I want to improve my life. I want to do this for me and for my wife and for my kids. So I can spend as much time as I can with them.
Yet I don’t do anything about it.
I see a sappy video or movie or TV moment where someone wishes they had more time and it makes me want to fight to have more time.
But I don’t. The moment passes and I drift back to this waking sleep. Until the next time I get motivated and fail again.
Why?
